This open apartment is situated on the top floor of a historic building in the Mitte aria. The house was built in 1894 as part of the ensemble "Province Spandau" and renovated in 2006.
The apartment is located in one of the houses Kudamm (built: 1973). Public area is the most important in this project. The client uses the apartment as his office and rarely use it to stay. Main Rooms:
House hotel is situated in a conservation area of dunes and five minutes from the coastline. Client gave us the style ( "Spain" ) , which made it possible to use different techniques of clearance ceiling, tile applications and local manufacturers .
The apartment is located in one of the Moscow new buildings with stunning views of the Luzhniki and MSU . The idea of decor was taken from Beverly Hills Hotel and its green and white shades . We chose an eclectic style in the interior of living room, dining room and office / nursery. In the Bedroom tried to have a bit of Ralf Lauren style. Also on the balcony , where in the future we plan to place the workplace we arranged minimalist Scandinavian feel. Despite the very different and not similar styles all the spaces flow smoothly one into another and there is no feeling of isolation.
